Spaces for Your Success

The School of Advanced Social Studies (SASS) rents out modern, well-equipped facilities suitable for educational, business, and social activities such as events, conferences, and meetings. Our building is located in a strategic and easily accessible area of Nova Gorica (st. Gregorčičeva 19).
You can choose between classrooms of different sizes on the ground floor and the first floor, all providing a comfortable and professional environment. For your convenience, free parking is available in front of and behind the building. Bright common areas are ideal for welcoming participants and casual networking during breaks.

Room Capacities and Descriptions

Our largest, most elegant, and fully accessible hall — the perfect setting for conferences and major events.

The Large Lecture Hall is the central space of SASS, accommodating over 40 people. It is located on the ground floor, ensuring full accessibility for people with disabilities, including adapted restrooms. The room is bright, airy, and equipped with a large interactive board and Wi-Fi, offering a comfortable and modern environment for any event.

A premium setting for leadership meetings and sessions — focus and professionalism in an intimate setting.

The Senate Room, located on the first floor, is designed for private sessions, business meetings, and consultations. It offers a calm and professional atmosphere, ideal for formal discussions, negotiations, or leading smaller professional teams.

Flexible spaces that inspire, designed for seminars and workshops.

Our first-floor classrooms (Rooms 1, 2, and 3) are designed to support an optimal teaching and learning experience. They are bright, spacious, and well-ventilated, making them ideal for workshops and seminars. The rooms offer flexible capacities (16, 20, and 24 participants) and are equipped with large interactive boards, a high-performance laptop, and fast Wi-Fi.

Rental Terms:

  • Minimum rental time: 1 hour
  • Billing unit: 1 hour (every started hour is charged as a full hour)
  • Use of technical equipment available in the classrooms is included in the rental price: whiteboard, laptop, projector, and wireless internet access
  • A rental and use agreement must be signed for the use of the premises
  • For long-term rentals, we offer an additional discount
